December 16 “Trust” Jeremiah 17:7-8
**THANK YOU to SANDY TRIPPE, PAUL BROWN, JR. and the BTC CHOIR for another Amazing CANTATA Experience! It was a genuine worship experience! **
Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” (Jeremiah 17:7-8)
There isn’t a person alive, nor a power on earth or in heaven, that can touch a soul that is abiding and living in Jesus Christ! Our God has promised that He would protect us and shield us as we serve Him and honor His calling! “What are we going to do?” That is the question that I am asked, on a regular basis, and the answer is clear and plain! If God is for us, it does not matter what comes against us, because nothing can disturb or hurt us, because we are under the protection of Almighty God! Keep in Mind, we may have physical challenges and difficulties (John16:33), but we are to recognize the sovereignty of our God and “Be of Good Cheer!” Dear friends, we must see God in everything that we are! We must trust in His power, presence, provision, and His Redeeming Grace! Every one of us is experiencing a rough patch, and we MUST TRUST in His Promises and Live each day Under His Grace and continue to Share the GOOD NEWS! “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.” Please allow His Grace to build TRUST and, with that TRUST, build Action! “I trust in Your unfailing love; My heart rejoices in Your salvation. I will sing to the Lord, for He has been good to me. (Psalm 13:5-6).” May our lives be open to serving and may we TRUST in Him, until we stand in His presence! Stay Strong, Stay Focused…THE BEST IS YET TO BE!
