April 25 “Let’s Go Worship!” Psalm 95:6
** Technical Difficulties Delayed the Posting of the Devotion this Morning! Issues Resolved, Business as Usual, Once Again!
Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker;” (Psalm 95:6)
“Let’s Go Worship!” These words were spoken by my mother, every Sunday morning! Our God created us to worship Him. He made us in such a way that when we are worshipping Him, we feel more alive and vital and more fulfilled in our lives, and we are able to offer Praises to Him! In the scripture passage for today, David is urging the Israelites to worship God because He is the Absolute Creator of All! Think about it… he made us to worship Him, to commune with Him and to be Guided by Him! There is something so amazing and beautiful and marvelous about this passage! I am in awe of the Glory and Goodness and the absolute Power of His Amazing Grace! When I am down, I worship my Redeemer! When I am discouraged, I worship my Savior! When I face the chaos and insanity of this age, I worship the One that offers sanity in the midst of the chaos! When I feel weak and worn and when I stumble and fall, I worship my Restorer and my Enabler! I am Grateful for His Love, His Presence, His Power, and His Provision! Let your Living be about WORSHIP! Worshipping the One that Can and Will SET US FREE! TO GOD BE THE GLORY! Stay Strong, Stay Focused… THE BEST IS YET TO BE!
