May 16 “VICTORY IS Possible” 1 John 4:4
Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” (1 John 4:4)
Satan never tires of his commitment to taunt, tempt and to challenge the believer! His goal is to make life extremely difficult and to cause doubt and fear to rein in our lives! He feels vindicated when we stumble and fall! Listen, we do not have a reason to fear! Our Savior, Our Creator, Our God is All-Powerful, All-Knowing, and Always Present, and He has Promised VICTORY over Satan! Yes, oh yes, we will face battles and struggles and challenges, however, as a “Born-Again” Blood Bought Believer, we have the power of the HOLY SPIRIT to overcome evil and to shine the light of God into this dismal and dark world! God’s love, through the Person of Jesus Christ, and the Empowerment through the Blessed HOLY SPIRIT, dwells in us, and because of this fact, Victory in our Living is made Possible! PRAISE GOD!! Remember: “You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” Stay Strong, Stay Focused…. THE BEST IS YET TO BE!
