September 23 DEVOTIONS… Galatians 6:9-10
Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. 10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.” (Galatians 6:9-10)
In April of 2020, at the beginning of the COVID Pandemic, I started to post the morning devotions as a method to keep our church family connected through God’s Holy Word. We are past the pandemic, and I am continuing to create, write and post a devotion, each morning. There are times when I think that the time has come to suspend the devotions, or to post them once a week, however, I will receive a note, a text, or an email sharing how much the morning devotions mean to that person, and I realize that the original goal has been achieved and with even greater results. These devotions are reaching more people than I would ever reach inside the church walls on a Sunday morning! So, I will continue to pray, research, create, write and post a devotion every morning, and when I am away, our Deacons will post a morning devotion. It continues to be a learning experience for me and, although challenging to keep the devotions fresh and relevant, I look forward to each new day! Thank you so much for your support, your prayers, and your continued participation! Stay Strong, Stay Focused… THE BEST IS YET TO BE!
