September 22      Satan Hates a Humble; Holy; Honest; Tithing; Tongue Controlling Spiritual Saint!                  Galatians 6:1

Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin; you who live by the Spirit, should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted.” (Galatians 6:1)

Spiritual: What does that mean? We all have some idea about “spiritual” folks.  To be saved and sure, to be secure, sanctified, satisfied and surrendered is to be Spiritual!  Few truths are more misunderstood than what it means to be scripturally spiritual!  As a SPIRITUAL SAINT, we are to be separated from sin.  We should avoid the sinful worldly practices, keep our bodies separated, sacred and we should avoid fellowshipping with worldly influences.  As SPIRITUAL SAINTS, we are SEPARATED FOR SERVICE!  As a SPIRITUAL SAINT, WE ARE TO BE HUMBLE!  We are to be HUMBLE in our attitude towards self and we are to be HUMBLE in our attitude toward SERVICE!  As a SPIRITUAL SAINT, WE ARE TO BE HONEST!  We are to be HONEST with our TIME, our TALENTS, with our TITHE and with our TONGUES!  As a SPIRITUAL SAINT, WE ARE COMMITTED TO SERVICE, USING EVERY RESOURCE AVAILABLE TO FULFILL GOD’S PURPOSE FOR OUR LIVES!  When we are following God, and we are committed to HIS SERVICE, then we are going to SEEK HIS WILL, FOLLOW HIS LEADING AND WALK IN OBEDIENCE!  Notice that I didn’t say that we would do these things if it were convenient or pleasant or easy!  Serving GOD is not EASY!  Being a SPIRITUAL SAINT REQUIRES A TOTALLY SOLD-OUT COMMITMENT, PERIOD! I pray that you are SAVED and KNOW IT; SANCTIFIED, SATISFIED and SURRENDERED to the LORDSHIP OF CHRIST!  What GOD does with you is entirely up to you!  It always has, it always will!  Be TRUE, Be COMMITTED, Be WHAT GOD INTENDS FOR YOU TO BE!  Stay Strong, Stay Focused…Remember, THE BEST IS YET TO BE!
