March 30 Submit to Him Proverbs 3:5-6
Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” (Proverbs 3:5-6)
“What would Jesus do?” That was a popular question that appeared on banners, wristbands and various other items, just a few years ago. Indeed, what would Jesus do? Proverbs 3:5-6 give the answer! We are to Submit to Him, Trust in Him, Allow Him to Guide us, in His Power, not our own, and He will lead us on a “Straight” path! One phrase that I have heard, over the years, is one that must make God shake His Head, when one will say, “I know what the Word says, but I think this is the way it should be done!” leaning on our own understand is a disaster waiting to happen! Listen, if you are having difficulties in your existence, then SUBMIT, TRUST, BELIEVE and be READY FOR HIS DIVINE GUIDANCE! Stay Strong, Stay Focused… THE BEST IS YET TO BE!
