Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “The people who walk in darkness have seen a great light; Those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, Upon them a light has shined.” (Isaiah 9:2)
I believe that everyone would agree that this world is a dark and desolate place, without light. People have struggled, for centuries, to provide illumination to their lives. Growing up in the country of Eastern Wayne County, when the Sun went down, it got dark! It is difficult to walk from the back door to the place where I fed our dogs, without some light. Have you ever experienced the Linville Caverns? When the lights are turned off, it gets extremely dark! Sadly, without Jesus, we are walking in the absence of LIGHT, and we are wandering aimlessly in the Dark World! Hang-on… THE LIGHT is about to make an entrance into the world! Can you imagine those who were there to hear the angels proclaiming the birth of Jesus and the Fact that He IS THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD! The True Light, the Light of Love, provided by God, through the person of His Son, JESUS! Without JESUS, every one of us would be walking in eternal darkness! Thank God for His Love for us! Every Christmas Eve, Daddy would read the Christmas Story, usually from the Book of Luke, before we would eat or open the first present! Daddy always talked about God’s Love and His providing “LIGHT,” so that we could navigate through this life, with “Blessed Assurance!” 2021 has been a record experience, and I suspect that its influence will be felt for years to come, however, calamities, pandemics, struggles, challenges, social and political upheavals, will NEVER dim the TRUE LIGHT OF JESUS! So, walk in HIS LIGHT and FOLLOW the STAR of CHRISTMAS, and remember God’s blessings and His Promises! What a Christmas Gift!! What a Christmas Blessing … THE LIGHT OF JESUS INTO THIS DARK AND DECAYING WORLD! “Sweetly the Light is shining on Thee, Oh, once I was blind, but now I can see, The Light of the world is JESUS!” Dear Friends, there is a price that must be paid for anything worthwhile, and God loved us enough to pay the ultimate price with His Only Son! I Believe, I Receive, I Experience, I Claim, I Share… How about you? My prayer, for myself and for you, is to be a True Reflection of the LIGHT OF JESUS, into this Dark and Lost World! “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in Heaven” (Matthew 5:16). May this Christmas Eve be the Brightest and Best that you have ever enjoyed and as this world grows “Darker,” may your LIGHT grow BRIGHTER! To God be the Glory!! Merry Christmas… Stay Strong, Stay Focused… THE BEST IS YET TO BE!
December 23 “BE BOLD!” Hebrews 4:16
ANNOUNCEMENT: Baptist Tabernacle Church will be 100 years old, in 2022. A grand celebration is planned for May 22, 2022, to commemorate the first service as an organized church body! Special information, recognitions, God’s Word, and a catered meal will be a part of the celebration. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend the festivities.

Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace; that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” (Hebrews 4:16)
It is Christmastime in our land, and I want to tell a truth about our Savior, Jesus Christ! He came to earth and was tempted, just like we are tempted, He was involved in the daily struggles, just like us, and, because of that experience, He is fully aware of our struggles and problems. Because of this truth, we can “COEM BOLDLY” to the “THRONE OF GRACE,” with the assurance of His Grace, His Mercy, and His Full Understanding of Our Present Dilemma! I am so grateful for the privilege, especially in the times that we are living! Every day, there seems to be another mind-blowing Evil event, happening, or some insane headline or some ignorant activity that confounds Common Sense, which requires our “BOLD” APPROACH” to God’s Throne, for His Mercy and His Grace to cover our every need! I don’t know about you, but it seems that I am in constant need of God’s mercy and grace! Daddy taught me to get up early and to come to the Throne of Grace, to start my day. He taught me to dig into God’s word, every day, to feed my Soul and to provide nourishment for my Spiritual Growth. He instructed me to be deliberate and diligent in my prayer time with God. He always taught, by words and actions, the need to be ready to yield to God’s call and to be ready to respond with a committed “YES” to God’s instructions! I am so grateful for a God that loves me enough to send His Only Son, to be born in humble surroundings, and to live a life to be emulated, and die for me, on that old cross, so that I can humbly realize and come to the Throne of God to obtain His Mercy, His Grace and His unmerited Favor to save me and to sustain me and to hold me for eternity!!! Regardless of the challenges that we face in this life, God has provided His Power to overcome! Go BOLDLY to GOD and He has promised His LOVE, His SUPPORT and His SAVING GRACE!! Make it a Merry Christmas and get right with God! Stay Strong, Stay Focused…THE BEST IS YET TO BE!

Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, who gave himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father,” (Galatians 1:3-4)
Life in the 21st Century is busy! No one can deny that we are, as a society, so much busier than we were just a couple of decades ago. There is so much going on that there doesn’t seem to be enough time to get it all done. The world and all of its distractions and activities, have a tendency to take us away from being the true Christian that we should be! If we aren’t careful, we will allow the “World’s Standards and Expectations” to dictate our behaviors and attitudes. So, the question is, how do we “Separate” our lives, while living in this Evil and Depraved world? Fellow Believers, we have some precious promised truths, in today’s scripture passage! The very first truth is that Jesus is our Answer to the question of how we navigate through this evil world! He has provided His Forgiveness of our sins, and He has set us free to serve Him. Secondly, and very close to the first, He has provided Deliverance from the bondage of this world’s temptations and has provided instructions to follow, to make it through this age, while walking in obedience and achieving VICTORY over this World!! The Third truth is profound! Through the Shed Blood of Jesus and the Unmerited Love of God, for us, He has, indeed, brought Deliverance from Sin, and He has provided Guidance and Leadership in the ability to lead righteous and godly lives, regardless of the world’s negative and destructive influences. It is God’s will for us to live Holy and Righteous lives and He has provided the necessary tools to do just that! We are His workmanship, and we are His Hands and Feet in the world, and we are to be about the Father’s Business! It is our responsibility to be what God has ordained for us to be! It is our decision to be a strong and effective servant for Christ! It is our duty, our calling, our hope, to be the best witness for Christ that we can be! Regardless of the negative and depraved influences of Satan and this world, we are to Claim His Promises and LIVE HOLY LIVES, with the firm assurance that He has brought to us… HIS GRACE AND HIS COMFORTING PEACE! What God does with you, is up to you! It always has, it always will be! Stay in God’s Word; Stay on your knees in Prayer and continue to share the Good News of God’s Love, and do it in words and actions! Stay Strong, Stay Focused… THE BEST IS YET TO BE!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “But I am afraid that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent’s cunning, your minds may somehow be led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ.” (2 Corinthians 11:3)
Wow! Listening to the news of the day and having experienced the issues of human deceptions and conflicts, I sit and reflect on the Season and the Reason that Jesus came to earth! God loves us enough that He sent Jesus to be the One True and Last Sacrifice for our sins! Keep in mind, not everyone recognizes His Love, His Mission and His Atoning Grace! I would like to share a story, from my youth, that illustrates the necessity and the reality of staying true to your mission and to be faithful, regardless of the challenges that occur! When I was a boy, I “LOVED” to fish! There was a particular spot, along the banks of the Neuse River that was my favorite place to fish. It was called, “Spring Bank!” It seemed that this special place was where the fish would congregate, and I fished this special spot, as often as I could. From early spring, until early winter, I was there, at least 3 times a week. I would grab my fishing poles, let Mama know where I was headed, or at least in the general direction, and away I would go! Oh yeah, I failed to tell you why the fishing was so good! This Special Place, My Place, where the fishing was great, was, also, the same spot that the snakes, thought was a special place for them. No one else would fish the spot because of the snakes! Now, let me paint the picture for you! I would sit in my wallowed-out spot on the bank, against a big Water Oak Tree, and I had my cane pole, for fishing, and my shorter cane pole for “snaking!” Imagine me sitting on the bank, with my line in the water, and I am watching the cork and watching for snakes. (Did I mention that the snakes were on the bank and in the trees and in the water… they were everywhere! I remember counting 31 snakes on one fishing trip…) With my shorter cane pole, I would hit the snakes while pulling in the fish. Keep in mind, this type of fishing was not for the weak of heart or one that might have a fear, of the obstacles (snakes). July and August, the snakes were more aggressive, and it required more concentration to not be a victim. Why this story today? I truly believe that we are, in the midst, of Satanic deceptions, just like Eve experienced, in the Garden of Eden and we must be aware and prepared for the deceptions. Evil exists on every side and Satan wants to keep us from “Fishing!” That is, he wants us to fail as “Fishers of Men!” When I was a boy, Daddy would warn me about playing in the tall weeds and grass! “Watch out for the snakes!” Notice that he didn’t say, “Watch out, there MAY be snakes!” The fact is that snakes are in the grass and snakes are everywhere that me step! Dear Friends, we are living in “Snake-Filled” times, with obstacles and deceptions at every turn, so, I am asking you to recognize the environment and prepare for the challenge and armor up for the on-going battle! W MUST be AWARE of the SNAKES and be prepared to deal with them and to NEVER let them STOP us from our MISSION to be TRUE and EFFECTIVE “FISHERS OF MEN!” By the Way… we ate lots and lots of fresh fish! We must remain committed; we must remain faithful… His Blessings and His Bounty are ours, when we are obedient, and faithful! Is this a Christmas message? YES! Anything that keeps us focused on the Love of God and the Gratitude for HIS LOVE, through JESUS CHRIST! Stay Strong, Stay Focused…THE BEST IS YET TO BE!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “My flesh and my heart fail; but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” (Psalm 73:26)
Serving others, in a pandemic, is, and has been, a true challenge! The restrictions and the protocols have radically changed the pastoral ministry, or at least, my portion of the ministry! Nothing is more “Thankless,” than visiting a nursing home and having to visit through a window while talking to the individual, on a phone, and they not understanding, why you will not come inside. With tears in their eyes, you walk away with an ache in your heart and a sense of weariness in your spirit! Satan is having a “Field Day” with all the reasons that he provides to feel a sense of hopelessness and despair and self-pity! I know this because he has bombarded me with all his reasons to be sad and in total despair. Being a “Virtual” pastor, for much of this pandemic, has been difficult and has created many opportunities for “Weariness.” There is a reason why Jesus told us to “Assemble Together!” We lift one another’s burdens; we share in the joys of service, and we embrace the human “touch!” Isolation has become the default position for so many! It is in these times of “weariness” and “isolation,” that I have grown! There are so many reasons to be “Weary in Well Doing,” yet I know, and I am excited to embrace the fact that my God is the STRENGTH of my Heart, and He has Provided the Way and the means to OVERCOME and to continue to serve Him in Obedience and in the “Beauty of Holiness!” The Holy Spirit continues to direct me and to teach me the fact that God is my ROCK and even in an unstable and chaotic world, HE IS STILL IN CONTROL!! Praise God…HE is my PROVIDER, HE is my STRENGTH, and HE has PROMISED to keep me in HIS LOVE! Whether it be, “In-Person” or “Virtual,” I am committed to serve HIM and to continue to live my life as an example of HIS LOVE! How about you? In my humanity, I fail, however, when I walk with HIM, and I am guided and directed by HIM, I am NEVER GOING TO FAIL!!! I continue to shout to the rooftop and beyond… NOT TODAY SATAN, NOT TODAY!!!!! Stay Strong, Stay Focused… THE BEST IS YET TO BE!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “But the men marveled, saying, ‘What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!’” (Matthew 8:27)
As we celebrate the birth of Jesus, may we be focused on the Power and the Provision that this man called Jesus, brings to our lives and our future. Several years ago, Daddy and I went deep sea fishing. Early that morning, we boarded the boat and we set out for a great day of fishing. The ocean was calm, and the winds were light, and the anticipation of a successful day was before us. Everything was just as anticipated and just as planned. Keep in mind, this fishing boat was huge and the ride out to the “Deep” waters was smooth and uneventful. Oh well, things change! Late afternoon, the clouds began to thicken, and the wind began to steadily blow. We kept fishing, with some success, and I kept watching the faces of the deck crew that were assisting us. The winds grew stronger, the waves began to get taller, and my stomach began to have a mind of its own. The captain called out that we were in the edge of a storm, and that we were headed back to the dock. Folks, if we were on the edge of the storm, Thank God, we were not in the middle of it. The one thing that was clear, this boat may be big, from my perspective, yet in the edge of this storm, it was like a leaf blowing in the wind. The captain was rushing to shore as the storm engulfed our craft. Listen, within minutes, everyone on the boat had forgotten about fishing and were concentrating on keeping their lunch! We finally reached the dock, gathered our stuff, and quietly walked to the truck. I stepped off the dock and started to run to the truck. I glanced over at Daddy, and he was just walking normally. “Daddy, hurry up!” “Why, Son? We are already soaking wet. We can’t get any wetter!” We reached the truck and got in and began the short journey back to the Oceanana Motel. On the ride back, Daddy said, “Today was a time when you would want Jesus on board with you!” I asked him, “Why?” “Because HE controls the wind, and the sea obeys HIM!” Folks, in the middle of the storms of life, remember who is in control and who it is that has control of our lives. Every one of us, go through storms, yet we do not have to fear! I do not understand the events, the displays of hatred and the chaos that we are in the middle of, at this moment in time, however, I am 100% positive that God is in control, and fortified with that knowledge, I am walking in the calm of His promises and the strength of His control. We MUST remain faithful, we MUST claim the Calm of His Promises, and we MUST continue to serve Him in obedience and TRUST! Whatever may come, I am assured that HE WILL SEE ME THROUGH! “What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!” This is my Jesus, my Savior, my Lord! Stay Strong, Stay Focused…THE BEST IS YET TO BE!
Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good: and whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he.” (Proverbs 16:20)
Many years ago, Daddy preached a sermon using a story about a man on a bus, and I ran across it a few days ago and I would like to share the message with you today! “I boarded the bus, headed for home, and when I sat down, I noticed a bright-eyed man getting on the bus, behind me. As soon, as he, sat down, he began talking in a loud voice. He said, “Hello my friends, how are we all doing this evening? Happy, I am for sure!” “Outstanding!” he said, “You know that God wants us all to be happy!” My thoughts were clear… “Oh no, not another nut!” I began to look up and down the bus and I saw a group of tired and gloomy folks. He continued… “I know that you all have had a hard day, but I can change that! I don’t have a lot of time, so let’s start by, first of all, being thankful. Yes, thankful that we are all strong and well enough to move our bodies onto this bus, and thankful that we are going home or to a special place.” There was a lady, reading her paper and he said to her, “I suspect that you are headed home to fix supper, aren’t you?” Boy, she glared back at him! “Well, don’t let it be a chore tonight! Make that supper a love offering to the family that you love!” As these words penetrated this lady’s ears, her face began to soften. Is she showing some interest in this possible nut? “And you,” addressing a gruff young man in a Pea Coat. “Go home and call someone, just call them and say that you love them.” The young fellow smiled. I guessed that he was sensing his stop was getting closer, he began to talk faster! “My stop is coming soon, so quickly now, take my advice. Get out of yourselves. Do for someone else. That is a sure way to be happy!” The bus stopped and the door folded open… “One more thing,” he shouted… “Look up Proverbs 16:20!” He did an interesting little jig dance and bounced onto the sidewalk. His little performance had taken less than 3 minutes. I thought, “was he really a nut?” The doors closed and the bus pulled off and we were speeding towards my stop, and I looked up and down the bus, at the fellow passengers. They were, every one of them, were smiling!! Folks, let us never be afraid to speak the Word of God and to LIVE it, before our fellowmen, and NEVER be Slow to Hear His Word! “Whoso trusteth in the Lord, Happy is he!” Stay Strong, Stay Focused…THE BEST IS YET TO BE!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.” (Matthew 5:11-12)
In recent days, it has become obvious that the “Devotional” ministry is making some difference in the battle between “right and wrong!” I have been receiving various reactions to the on-going message of Hope and Peace, and the pathway to achieve these elusive goals. We are told, in the Holy Scriptures, that the World “hates” the Believer, and Satan WILL do everything possible to thwart the bold message of Hope and Peace that is available through the Selfless Act of Love, by Jesus Christ, on the Cross of Calvary! Criticisms, complaints, disagreements about the Word of God, and its power to transform mankind, is a “Heart” problem. Jesus told us that we would receive the “hatred” and “persecution” from an unbelieving humanity, but to keep serving, keep preaching, keep believing and Never, Ever Stop! Dear friends, we have a mission, and that mission is clear! We must be about the Father’s Business, to share the Good News and to bring “Light” into this “Dark and Evil” world. We face opposition from every side, and we will face challenges that will seem overwhelming, yet we are promised victory in this struggle! My daddy used to tell a story about the Medieval times, when caravans of minstrels and merchants would travel from village to village, offering entertainment and merchandise to the weary folk of the towns. These old wagons were loaded down will supplies and pots and pans and, most of the time, these items were strapped to the sides of the wagon, and as they made their way through the towns and villages, they made a lot of noise. This noise brought out every dog along the way. The caravans would move slowly through an area and the dogs would be barking and yelping and biting at the wagon wheels and doing everything possible to stop the noise of the wagons. Guess what? The wagons kept moving, regardless of the dogs! Here is the message for the Believer as we share God’s Good News… THE DOGS BARK, BUT THIS CARAVAN IS MOVING ON!! Let the “dogs” of disagreement and criticism and persecution bark, but for me, I WILL continue to Praise God, Claim His Power and Promises, and I WILL keep on PREACHING HIS WORD, until the day that He calls me Home or “Raptures” me to Him! Stay Strong, Stay Focused…THE BEST IS YET TO BE!

***Due to the rise in COVID19 related illnesses, we are strongly encouraging the use of Masks, within the sanctuary, and to continue to observe “Social Distancing.” Together, with a faithful reliance on God, we will overcome this present challenge!!***
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Romans 5:1)
The history of humanity is full of examples of individuals that have called for “Peace,” and multiple examples of the failures of humanity to achieve, this elusive, “Peace!” The twentieth century was the bloodiest in the recorded human history. An estimated twenty-five million people died in multiple wars during this century. During this entire century, man was seeking “Peace” and attempting to solve the crisis of the moment. Amazingly and sadly, we cannot and did not broker “Peace” between other humans and we certainly didn’t have “Peace” with God! It is obvious that humanity cannot achieve “Peace” on our own. From Adam, in the Garden, to the year 2021, humanity still cannot achieve “Peace!” An observation, of the 21st century church, reveals that we still have not achieved “Peace,” even among those who publicly proclaim to be Christian. So, what is the answer? How, can we obtain this elusive “Peace?” Paul states the solution clearly and plainly; as believers, we have been justified by FAITH. In and of ourselves, we, based on history, cannot achieve “Peace” on our own. I fully believe that we think that we have, to do, “something,” in order to achieve “Peace.” Listen, before justification, through Jesus Christ, we were “enemies” of God, and we were at war with God. The plain and simple fact is that we have been “Justified” by FAITH and we have, not only, the “Peace” of God, but we also have “Peace” with God!! Dear friends, trying to achieve, any level of “Peace,” requires a relationship with Jesus. When Jesus declared, from Calvary’s Cross, that “IT IS FINISHED,” a “Peace” agreement was established between the rebellious heart of man and the Holy Heart of God. Let the “Peace” of God reign in your heart and walk in His “Love,” so that others can see His “Peace” in you! Remember, what God does with you is completely dependent on what you do! It always has and it always will!! In this time of chaos and fatigue and unrest and anger and insanity; make every effort, through the justification of God, to be a true example of “Peace” and “Sanity” to those around you and Glorify God! May the “Peace” of God control, dictate and guide your thoughts and actions, so that you will continue to honor God and be a true and active witness for the “Peace” of God! Stay Strong, Stay Focused…THE BEST IS YET TO BE!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “For you, brethren, have been called to Liberty; only do not use Liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love, serve one another.” (Galatians 5:13)
Over the past several weeks, I have been studying the Book of Galatians, and I have discovered such wisdom and guidance from the words of this amazing book. When we consider the role that we play in walking in the Love of Jesus, we must recognize our duty, our calling to serve! Everything that we do, as a Servant of God, should be done with others in mind. Being a Servant of God is an ongoing position where we lay down our own agendas and prejudices and focus on our responsibilities to God. Over the course of this “Pandemic,” I have seen good people, with seemingly righteous intentions, allow a narrow opinion and agenda, to alter their witness and their ability to share Jesus and to serve God. Just a few weeks ago, I witnessed a sad and disheartening display of “Human Emotional Selfish Earthly Pride and Prejudice” being displayed by a seemingly, well meaning, yet obviously misdirected individual. Let me make this crystal clear: Whatever we do, however we act, whatever we say, as a Believer, must, first and foremost, bring honor and glory to God and must be governed by the responsibility of supporting and promoting the message of God’s Love, through Jesus Christ! My opinions, my “feelings,” my earthly thoughts must be surrendered to God for His Service and for His Purpose! If your actions, words, and thoughts are not edifying to God and the Message of the Good News of Christ, then it is time that you did some serious soul searching; on your knees, and ask God to direct your paths, govern your words and temper your actions and to guide your heart, so that you can be the best “Servant” that He desires and expects! Wow! Guess what? GOD IS NOT INTERESSTED IN YOUR OPINIONS! GOD IS INTERESTED IN YOUR SURRENDERED SERVICE FOR HIM! “Forgive me Lord if my opinions have caused others to stumble. Forgive me Lord if my words have caused anyone grief or sorrow. Forgive me Lord, if my actions have not been the “Light” that they need to be, Please Forgive Me Lord…!” Christian Liberty is not a license to gratify your human and earthly opinions, it is solely and uniquely for the purpose of honoring God and promoting the message of Love and Redemption, through the Shed Blood of Jesus! Stay Strong, Stay Focused…THE BEST IS YET TO BE!
(REMEMBER – Those that want to be offended by God’s Truth, will always be offended! You do what God has called you to do and walk in obedience and HE will see you through to the end!!)

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Good morning from Pastor Glen Brock, Baptist Tabernacle Church, Wendell, North Carolina… “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10)
This world is a treacherous place to be! As a Follower of Jesus Christ, we are living in an alien environment. Satan is busy, attacking the very foundations of decent and civil society and attempting to replace it with chaos and anarchy and, sadly, his job is being made must easier by individuals that, at one time or another, have professed a relationship with Jesus Christ! How can a “Born-Again” believer participate in the worldly deceptions and evil actions, of the satanic driven world that we live in? If, these insane events, have caused you to take your attention away from God and His Divine Promises that He has brought to us, then, you may have been robbed! You may have been robbed! You may have been robbed of your joy, robbed of your peace, robbed of your vision, robbed of your confidence and assurance, robbed of your commitment! Satan is excited about the present conditions of this world, and he is doing everything possible to make sure that chaos and anti-God activities will survive and abound! This “Thief” is ready to steal your joy and your dedication. This “Thief,” the Devil, is robbing people of their spiritual condition. It’s bad to see folks robbed, and they don’t even know they’ve been robbed. It’s bad to see folk having so much taken and been robbed so many times, that it has become a part of their normal life! This “Thief” has come into the church and has stolen a lot of people’s Praise, he has stolen a lot of people’s assurances of their salvation, and he has stolen their joy. Have you been robbed? Have you taken your focus off Jesus? Are you living under the satanic influenced circumstances of this life? Listen, please, I am committed to building a Spiritual Wall, through the strength and power of the Holy Spirit, around my living! I am aware that Satan is the “Thief,” and he wants to steal anything and everything that is of God, from my life and from yours! I REFUSE TO ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN! I choose to claim my God’s Promise that, “I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” Abundant living does not involve supporting Satan or promoting anything associated with his Evil plans. Professing Believer, it is time for you to take inventory of your life, your priorities, your loyalties, and your commitments! You cannot serve two masters!! Church, it is time for us to retire the concept of “a Spiritual Party Boat,” and be the captain of a “SPIRITUAL BATTLESHIP!!” We are in a battle for the very Soul, and we need to be armored up with God’s Word, Fortified, through Prayer and Consuming the Word of God on, a DAILY BASIS! As I observe the insane happenings, I take comfort in knowing that we are one day closer to the second coming of Jesus (RAPTURE). Stay Strong, Stay Focused…THE BEST IS REAALY AND TRULY, YET TO BE!! “COME QUICKLY LORD, COME QUICKLY!”
